What Dinner Is Waiting is

A small private-cooking service. Two career chefs plan menus around your household's tastes, cook dinners from scratch, and deliver them oven-ready to Arizona homes on a schedule we arrange with each family. We serve a small number of households at a time, on purpose.

Applying

The application form on this site is the only way to start. Applying costs nothing and does not obligate you. We read every application personally and reply within 48 hours to talk menus, timing, and whether we're a fit for your table. If we're full, we'll say so honestly and keep your application on file.

Your account

When you join, you get a family sign-in. Keep your password private. Your menu picks, delivery pauses, address, and delivery notes live in your portal and you can change them there any time.

Orders, changes, and cancellation

• You choose your dinners for each delivery before its date, in your portal.
• You can change your picks any time before the delivery date at no charge.
• Going away? Pause any delivery in your portal and you won't be charged for the deliveries you pause.
• Same-day cancellations may still be charged, since your food is made fresh that morning; if that ever happens we'll make it right on your next order.
• Payment terms are agreed with you personally when you join.

Delivery

Your delivery window is arranged with you and shown in your portal. Dinners arrive chilled in oven-safe dishes with reheating directions. If nobody is home, we leave them where you've asked us to in your delivery notes.

Allergies and food safety

• Your dinners are cooked from scratch in a kitchen that handles common ingredients, including allergens. We follow your allergy notes with real care, but we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact. If someone in your home has a severe allergy, tell us in your application and we'll talk it through before you order.
• Refrigerate your dinners when they arrive, reheat them following the directions on the dish, and enjoy them within three days.

Using this site

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, no automated form submissions, no attempts to access other families' accounts. Your account is for your household.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind the food we cook for you. If a dinner isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right. To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility for any problem is limited to the price of the affected order.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we'll post the new version here with an updated date, and email customers when it's more than a small update.
